If you set block-size or min-block-size with a svh, lvh, svb or lvb value on the html or body element, a scroll appear on the page. It's happening on macOS 12.5 and looks like that it's the height of the toolbar is added in all the cases. Exemple : https://romanczerkies.fr/viewport-relative-units/
